Selecting a Property
When you have found a property that you may be interested in, contact our agency to obtain the address and do a drive-by to ascertain whether or not the location suits your needs. If you are interested, arrange to meet our Property Manager on site at a designated time. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please contact our office in advance. A copy of the General Tenancy Agreement and any Special Terms is available at our office for your viewing. For more information, download the Pre-Application Information brochure below.

Application Process
Whenever possible, we endeavour to have an answer to you regarding your application within 24 hours. Ensure the General Tenancy Agreement, Terms and any Special Terms have been viewed by you. Complete one Application Form per person. Please note that children may be included on a Parent's or Guardian's application. Please peruse the Pre-Application Brochure above for more information regarding the Application Process.
